SHIPPING POLICY

We offer Australia-wide free shipping for all Attachables. All international shipping fees are calculated at checkout at a flat fee of AU$40.

Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed and then standard shipping 7-10 business days for delivery. We are a small team and do our very best to get the orders out on time. We will notify you if your order is delayed. International post times will depend on your location.

International shipping will always take longer than domestic, and orders can often be delayed at customs or international airports. Please consider extended shipping times when ordering to or from overseas. 

PRIVACY POLICY 

When you visit our site, we do not collect any information about your device, web browser, IP address, or the cookies that are installed on your device. 

If you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase, we only collect information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number for the purpose of ordering. This information is only used as ‘order information’.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Of course, we want you to love your Attachable but if you decide otherwise we will happily refund your order.

In order to be eligible for a refund, please get in touch first and let us know if you want to make a return. We will let you know the steps forward. You will then need to return the product by registered post within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. 

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and then process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card, it may take up 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your credit card statement.
